The Edge Clinic – Free Video Coaching.

Do you want to develop your technique, ski more challenging terrain, or ski more efficiently and have consistency but are unsure if TEC Coaching is for you? Why not send us any video footage you may have. We will analyse the material and create a bespoke developmental action plan for you which we will go through with you in either a live video consultation (or in a written format should you prefer). You’ve nothing to lose, it’s free.

Our TEC Video Coaching will help you understand your movements and how they can be improved by providing you with clear concise, consistent feedback.

You can discuss your goals and we will work out the best way to achieve them. If you then do decide to join us for coaching then we already ahead of the game. We’re already beginning to know you, your skiing and your goals. We’re not starting from scratch.

What to do?

• Upload up to 4 videos of your skiing through the Whatsapp link (at the bottom left of this page) or with Wetransfer.
• Videos will be analysed, action plans created.
• We’ll arrange a video chat where we can discuss the video and how to achieve your goals.

Depending on your wishes, you can either practice on your own (then send further videos), join one of coaches at a UK ski centre or maybe join us out here in Austria.
